Paranormal
Investigators use a variety of methods and a plethora of equipment
during investigations. Although personal experiences are what each of
us hope for, only verifiable evidence will substantiate or dispel rumored activity.
Now, more than ever, the debate on whether "old
school" devices such as reel-to-reel's and Poloroid cameras provide
better, more reliable evidence, than some of the modern hi-tech devices of today.
Considering
the numerous variables that come into play when attempting to gather
evidence- such as current weather, geographical location of the
property where activity is present, physiological and psychological
aspects of the individuals involved, etc., the debate will most likely continue
ad infinitum.
In the left column is a partial list of some of the "old school" devices; on the right are some of the "new-fangled gadgets available today.
